UNFAZED Trump RESPONDS to Federal Indictment in Florida

Seemingly unfazed by recent events, the former president appeared upbeat after he pleaded not guilty to 37 federal charges. The allegations range from illegally retaining national security documents to deceptive practices aimed at hindering officials from recovering them.

Authorities insist that Trump obstructed the government from reacquiring a cache of vital documents found at his Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida. The documents reportedly include details about nuclear programs and other critical military secrets.

A Miami federal judge heard these claims, Trump’s emphatic not-guilty plea, and his defense that he was allowed to possess these documents under the Presidential Records Act.

Judge Jonathan Goodman allowed Trump to depart the court without any restrictive conditions or travel impediments, and no bail was imposed. However, Goodman had one stipulation — Trump is not permitted to communicate with potential witnesses tied to this case.

This isn’t Trump’s first brush with the law in recent months. Back in April, he pleaded not guilty to state charges in New York relating to a hush-money payment to porn star Stormy Daniels.
