HORROR STRIKES: CAR Smashes Into Liverpool Crowds After Premier League Parade

— A joyful day in Liverpool turned tragic when a car sped into crowds just after the Premier League parade ended. Police arrested a 53-year-old local man for attempted murder, drug-impaired driving, and dangerous driving. The crash injured over 65 people, including four children and one adult who is still fighting for life.

Witnesses said panic broke out as the car hit pedestrians. Some people were trapped under the vehicle until emergency crews arrived. Ambulances, police cars, and even an air ambulance rushed to help.

Police say there is no sign this was terrorism or that anyone had warned them before it happened. Investigators think the driver may have tried to follow an ambulance through roadblocks set up for another emergency.

Liverpool FC, Everton FC, Prime Minister Keir Starmer, and members of the Royal Family all shared their shock and sympathy for victims. Police are asking anyone who saw what happened to come forward as they keep searching for answers about this shocking act on what should have been a happy day.
